RETRACTED: Undocumented Phoebe Change - Burner Hawk Bounty

I'm an idiot.  I did two burners fast enough that both hit in the same bounty cycle.  Team burners are still 5M bounty.  Drat.

I just got 10M isk for the Team Burner Hawk.  On the wallet, it looks like the Hawk is worth 5M and another 5M for one of the Bantams.  I went back through my wallet and confirmed other Team Burners (pre-Phoebe) were indeed 5M total.

I checked patch notes and it's not there.  It's a nice little Easter egg, eh?
